Shipping and Delivery is 3-5 business days after custom time.

A tracking number is provided for all orders, once item is shipped tracking will be

Yes, our option for express shipping is 1-2 business days. Please keep in mind this is after custom 

turn around time. 

Returns and Exchanges

▪ What is your return policy?

Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: Items must be returned within 10 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Exclusions: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, custom orders, or gift cards.

Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at (Skirtique@shop) with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions.

  2. Prepare Your Return: Securely package the item(s) and include your original receipt or packing slip. Please note your return authorization number on the outside of the package.

  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@skirtiquellc.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Yes, if you would like to change your skirt option please send 

us a email no more than 24 hours after placing order, same goes for cancel orders.
