Time Frame: Items must be returned within 10 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Exclusions: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, custom orders, or gift cards.
Return Process

Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at (Skirtique@shop) with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions.

Prepare Your Return: Securely package the item(s) and include your original receipt or packing slip. Please note your return authorization number on the outside of the package.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
